The PDP Governors Forum has backed calls from other leaders across the country on the urgent need to restructure the country in a bid to end secessionist agitations. Speaking with Punch correspondents on Monday, the chairman PDP Governors Forum gave this remark as he aligned closely with the Markafi-led faction of the PDP executive.
