40 Year Old Man Rapes Four Minors in Jigawa
A 40 year old man by the name Ibrahim Yusuf was apprehended in Kangere Village, Birnin Kudu Local Government Area, Jigawa State following allegations he raped four minors. This was disclosed by the State Commissioner for Women Affairs and Social Development Hajiya Ladi Dansure on Wednesday.
