A tweeter identified as @boogeythat has narrated her experience how a particular Taxify driver was saved from thorough beating because he was wearing the jersey of Manchester United.
She wrote:
Taxify guy hits another guy’s car from behind, huge guy comes out ready to whoop ass, sees his jersey and says “God save you say you be Man U fan” then gets in and drives off. Football just saved a life.
Who says football can’t bridge the gap between tribes and Nations, who says football cannot change the world we live in. Football just saved a life!
