What Re-election of Yahaya Bellow Will Do to Kogi State – Melaye

  • Melaye supports the district with N7m to boost their election.
  • He told Wada to focus on other districts as Kogi west is secured for the PDP.

The lawmaker representing ogi West Senatorial District,  Dino Melaye has said that another term for Kogi Governor,  Yahaya Bello and the All Progressives Congress (APC) will mark the end of Kogi state.

Melaye who has been a staunch critic of the governor and his party stated this in Kabba.

It could be recalled that the controversial lawmaker contested for the number seat of the state during the primary Governorship election of the Peoples Democratic (PDP) and lost out.

Melaye donated N7 million naira to the seven local government areas in his senatorial district in order to help boost the campaign of the party in the district.

He also told the candidate of the party in the forthcoming election, Engineer Musa Wada to concentrate his efforts on the other senatorial districts, as Kogi West has all it takes to deliver victory for the party.
