Former lawmaker, Dino Melaye has said that the government has no power to ban protest.

This is following the ban of #ENDSARS protest in Abuja by the FCT administration due to lack of compliance with COV-19 protocol.

“Government have no power in our extant laws to ban protest. So Government must realise that the people have woken up from their slumber. Work with the people or welcome a REVOLUTION. SDM,” he wrote on his Twitter.
