Xenophobia: Foreign Drivers Stop South African Drivers At Their Borders [Video]
- Drivers say the job of any South Africans ends at their border.
In response to the renewed attacks against Nigerians and other foreign nationals in South Africa, drivers from Tanzania, Namibia, Mozambique, and Congo have stopped South African drivers from passing through their borders.
In a video which has gone viral where a South African driver was stopped from entering their border, he was sent back told that they don’t want to see any of their indigene in the countries.
They added that the work of any South African ends at their borders and they will take it from there.

The video reads with a caption: “Drivers from Tanzania, Namibia, Mozambique, Congo, etc stop SA drivers from passing their borders in response to #XenophobiaInSouthAfrica. Says only their compatriot can drive through their country. Demands employers to use seaports in other African countries.”

Meanwhile, Nigerian airline, Air Peace have voluntereed to give Nigerians, who want to travel back from South Africa free flights as from Friday tomorrow, September 6th.
