– Reno Omokri slams Buhari, Osinbajo, Saraki for travelling out of the country instead of visiting Zamfara to commiserate with the people over their loss.
– He says Police deployed to Kano would have saved residents of Zamfara from their security problems.
Reno Omokri has taken a swipe at President Muhammadu Buhari, Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, Senate President Bukola Saraki for travelling out of the country after killings in some part of the country.
Omokri took to his Twitter handle to criticise the Nigerian leaders saying: “100 Nigerians killed in Zamfara. In response, President @MBuhari travelled to Jordan. Vice President @ProfOsinbajo travelled to Rwanda and @BukolaSaraki travelled to Qatar. Meanwhile, the CJN was forced to resign. As I speak, the number 1,2,3 & 4 citizens in Nigeria are not on seat!”
He also pointed that the policemen deployed to Kano state for the supplementary poll would have done a lot to avert the killings in Zamfara, adding that Buhari’s priority is to keep hold to power.
“Remember the large army of policemen @MBuhari sent to Kano to help @GovUmarGanduje rig the Kano rerun elections. If he had sent that quantum of policemen and soldiers to Zamfara, the killings of Nigerians there would have ended. Power is Buhari’s priority not the Nigerian people.
“If President @MBuhari treats Zamfara, a state that allegedly voted for him in a landslide, what hopes do states like Adamawa, Oyo and Rivers have? If you treat your admirers so shabbily, how will you treat those that don’t admire you?”

He lashed out at the President for loving to travel out of the country than to visit the affected state on a condolence visit.
“Instead of a condolence to Zamfara, the @NGRPresident announced that @MBuhari would visit Amman and King Abdullah II of Jordan to participate in the WEF summit on the Middle East and North Africa. Nigeria is NOT even in North Africa #TheAlternative
“Sadly, @MBuhari can run to London at the slightest medical issue and do same for his son, but will not be bothered to even condole, talk less of visiting Zamfara when more than a 100 Nigerians are killed within a week.
“How would @MBuhari feel if King Abdullah II asks him about those killed in Zamfara? The King would never respect Buhari because he knows a man who loves outsiders more than his own people is a man with a self-loathing inferiority complex.”
