Bakare Ex-Big Brother Naija Housemate Lands Debut Nollywood Movie

It is a well-known fact that Big Brother Naija has a way of bringing a lot of its housemates to the spotlight with most of them bagging ambassadorship roles and sponsorships alike.

While some of its ex-housemates go on to try music such as was the case of Efe – the winner of the show from two editions ago, some others get onto the movie scene such as is the case of Oluwatobi Bakare.

Bakare won’t be the first from the show – especially from the 2018 edition – to feature in a movie with his fellow housemates Teddy A and Bambam featuring in a 2018 movie

The Ex-Big Brother Naija housemate, Bakare took to his social media handle to announce his debut acting performance in a movie produced by top-notch producer, Kunle Afolayan.

Although, Bakare was a bit careful not to give out his role in the movie, he left a hint for his followers and fans revealing that he lost his lover to another in the movie.

“The first movie project I ever featured in. I’m a huge fan of @kunleafo. It was a great opportunity for me to see how this man makes a part of his magic. Watch the full trailer in @kunleafo ‘s bio. Someone out here stole my bae o. When you watch the trailer and movie. You will understand.”

The Big Brother Naija 2019 isn’t short of making stars this time but gives the plus of some drama of sort at its audition venues.

iDONSABI also reported that Lala Akindoju was set to present her debut production at the Lagos Theatre Festival. The play was written by Ademola Souares with Lala Akindoju solely taking the roles of a producer and director all at once.

The Big Brother Naija 2019 is on his way to producing some other stars Nigeria and the world at large is yet to see with auditions kicking off in different states.
