Huddersfield Town Vs Arsenal EPL 09 February Preview

Arsenal will travel to Premier League basement boys, Huddersfield Town and will be seeking to make a return to winning ways and go back to within reach of the top four on the log after losing their place to Manchester United last time out.

Huddersfield Town

The future is looking particularly bleak for Huddersfield who have to face Arsenal after losing 5-0 to Chelsea last weekend.

Jan Siewert will be having the biggest heart ache having to play Arsenal at this time of the season.

Indeed, Huddersfield have been poor this season having only managed two wins this season. Relegation appears to be a certainty for them this season but they will be keen to avoid rewriting the history books as the league’s joint-worst side, a record set by Derby County in the 2007/08 season.

Arsenal

Arsenal started the season on a good note with a 22-win unbeaten run carving a niche for new boss, Unai Emery in the hearts of many Arsenal fans.

However, the Gunners have been largely inconsistent, since the end of that honeymoon run. Indeed, they have won five, drawn one, and lost six in 12 games since the end of that run.

That said, the North London club had done well by dispatching Chelsea 2-0. The Gunners know they cannot afford to drop points now knowing fully well that dropping points could see them lost champions league football next season with Chelsea and Manchester United looking promising at the moment.
