Latest Update on COVID-19 in Nigeria

Nigeria has recorded an additional 126 new cases of COVID-19 in the last 24 hours.

According to the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC), the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) recorded 37 new cases, followed by Lagos, the epicenter of the dreaded virus with 27 cases while Plateau and Kaduna have 16 and 9 cases.

Others include Abia-7, Gombe-6, Ondo-6, Imo-5, Delta-2, Ekiti-2, Kwara-2, Oyo-2, while Bauchi, Kano, Katsina, Ogun, and Yobe have one case each.

Out of 56,604 confirmed cases, 47,872 have been discharged while there are 1,091 deaths so far.
