“Open Your Church Halls For Government To Use As Isolation Centers” – Pastor Tunde Bakare Tells Nigerian Church Leaders (Video)

Senior pastor of Citadel Global Community Church (CGCC), Pastor Tunde Bakare has called on Nigerian church leaders to offer their churches as Isolation centers to government to help contain coronavirus pandemic.

This is coming after after Bishop David Oyedepo and Chris Oyakhilome complained about the federal government’s ban on religious gatherings to battle the spread of COVID-19.

Speaking during an online service yesterday, the former Vice Presidential candidate, revealed he has already donated his church’s facilities to the Lagos state government and another private residence in Abeokuta to the government to use as isolation centers.

”I recommend that our church halls be made available to government as Isolation centers and those of us who could afford it should be there to support the government,”’ he said
