Prophet Abiara urges Atiku Abubakar to accept defeat

– Prophet Samuel Abiara has urged the PDP Presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar to accept defeat

– This comes after the PDP candidate disclosed he would seek redress in the court of law

Leading Nigerian prophet and a former General Evangelist of the Christ Apostolic Church CAC, Prophet Samuel Abiara has urged the Presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party PDP, Alh. Atiku Abubakar to accept his defeat in the 2019 Presidential poll.

The Independent National Electoral Commission INEC via it chairman, Prof. Mahmood Yakubu announced Pres. Muhammadu Buhari winner of the Presidential election.

Pres. Buhari had 15,191,847 votes ahead of Atiku Abubakar of the PDP, who had 11,262,978 votes, a clear difference of over four million votes.

Alh. Atiku Abubakar however expressed his dissatisfaction with the election result and had disclosed that he would seek redress in the court of law.

According to a statement released by Prophet Abiara on Friday, the respected man of God called on Atiku Abubakar to accept defeat and let peace reign in the country.

He urged Atiku to remain focused and not be allowed to be pushed to the extreme.

Prophet Abiara disclosed that if Atiku refuses to accept defeat and anything bad happen on his account many people may not forget.

Below is an extract of the statement released by Prophet Samuel Abiara, it read:

Alhaji Atiku Abubakar is mature, peace-loving, civilised and a devout Muslim, and so I want to tell him to embrace peace. He must accept defeat and let peace reign in Nigeria. I call on the PDP presidential candidate to be focused and he should not let them push him to the extreme.

“If he refuses to embrace peace now and anything bad happens on his account, people may not forget. Once again, I, Prophet Samuel Abiara, am telling the PDP presidential candidate to embrace peace because of tomorrow.”
