As lots of Nigerians troop out to vote, the rich people of Victoria Garden City, Lagos also trooped out, albeit in style.

A polling unit in the Victoria Garden city was captured on camera as residents participated in the February 23 elections.

In the camera shot, the residents were seen all seated and relaxed as they await their turns to cast their votes.

Victoria Garden City is one of the high profile areas in the city of Lagos.

Their posture and style is quite a sight as it is contrary to what is usually seen across polling units in the country where many are usually standing under the hot sun in a bid to cast their votes.

Many Nigerians have reacted to the rare sight. A lot of people also called for the norm in polling units to be changed to more relaxed and comfortable atmospheres so as to encourage more people to participate.
