Yemi Osinbajo Escapes Death As His Helicpoter Crash-Lands In Kogi State

A helicopter which had the Vice President of Nigeria in it, Professor Yemi Osinbajo, has crash-landed in Kabba, Kogi State.

The Senior Special Assistant to the Vice President on Media and Publicity identified as Laolu Akande confirmed the tragic incident which caused a scare via his verified Twitter handle.

Laolu Akande’s twitter handle read:

‘VP Osinbajo’s Chopper crash lands in Kabba, but he and the entire crew safe. He is continuing with his engagements and plans for the day in Kogi State.’.

The Senior Special Assistant to the Vice President on Media and Publicity also stated via his twitter handle:

 ‘we give all the glory to God, our able protector and commend all the Flight Crew officials for their service. We are marching on for indeed we can do all things through Christ that strengthens us’.

Another Presidential official has also made a statement confirming that the Vice President and his crew are currently safe and there was no death casualty which was recorded.

The Presidency official is thanking God that the incident did not go beyond what it is.

The yet to be identified Presidential candidate said:

“The Vice President and his brother were among the occupants of the helicopter.

“It is a six seater helicopter and there was no casualty; everyone aboard survived.

“There is no indication of sabotage or anything extra-ordinary this far.

“The exact cause of the accident will be determined by experts in due course but it is important at this stage to know that there was no casualty,”

Away from the scare which had just occurred in Kogi state, Yemi Osinbajo has continued with his plans for today in the state as he seeks to continue as Vice President in the administration of President Buhari.
