Goodluck Jonathan congratulates former minister on new appointment with World Bank

– Former Pres. Goodluck Ebele Jonathan has congratulated the former Min. of State for health, Muhammad Ali Pate for his new appointment with World Bank

– Muhammad Ali Pate was appointed the Global Director for health, nutrition, and population

According to a recent reports, the World Bank has appointed Nigeria’s former minister of state for health, Muhammad Ali Pat as the new Global Director for health, nutrition, and population.

The appointment was made public this month and Muhammad Ali Pat has been receiving congratulatory messages from near and far.

In a show of support and goodwill, former Pres. Goodluck Ebele Jonathan, under whom Muhammad Ali Pat served as a minister has also congratulated him on his new appointment.

Pres. Jonathan in his statement stressed that ever since Muhammad Pat Ali left the country in 2013 to take up international appointments he has continued to soar like an eagle on the global sale.

He added that Muhammad Pat Ali exhibited a prodigious capacity and professionalism when he was a member of his cabinet during his tenure as President of the country.

Goodluck Ebele Jonathan declared that he has no doubt that Muhammad Ali Pat will perform well in his new position.
