Nigerians React As Forbes-Rated Young Billionaire, Invictus Obi, Arrested By FBI For $12m Wire Fraud

Nigerians have been reacting to the arrest of Obinwanne Okeke  (popularly known as Invictus Obi) by the US Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).

Obi, 31 was arrested by FBI for wire fraud involving about $12 million approximately 4.5 billion in Nigeria Naira. The accused, less than 24 hours ago was a celebrated entrepreneur who became a sensation when he was named Forbes Africa’s 30 Under 30 in 2016. He was in fact featured on the magazine cover.

However, it may not be so anymore with his arrest for fraud backed up with a 4 page affidavit detailing facts and investigation by the FBI.
