JAMB 2021 e-pin not Received after Payment

This is one of the major issues that could affect JAMB candidates and it is not a big deal. It can be easily rectified.

Usually, Remita is one popular way that candidates pay or their JAMB 2021 e-pin. So if you have paid using Remita and you are yet to receive your pin, just follow the following process;

Step 1: Contact Remita on any of the following platforms;

1. Visit their office at 4th-8th Floor, 136 Lewis Street, Lagos, Nigeria.
2. Call customer care at +234-1-6367000, +234700-7877678, +234700-7877678
3. Send them an email through support@remita.net

Step 2: Follow the instructions you are given and receive your e-pin successfully.

How to Recover Lost JAMB e-pin

If you have received your JAMB e-pin before but lost it due to some circumstances, you can easily get it back. Just follow the guidelines below;

a. For DE candidates, send “DEPIN” to JAMB short code 55019. UTME candidates should send their “UTMEPIN” to the same short code. Make sure that you use your own phone number

b. Receive your JAMB e-pin on the same number, Once you send the DEPIN or UTMEPIN as required, your e-pin will be sent to you phone number.

After you have received your e-pin, you can now proceed to any accredited CBT centre to complete your JAMB registration
