Kemi Adetiba Begins New Show – Brotherhood

King of boys, director, Kemi Adetiba is back with a new web docuseries dubbed ‘Brotherhood’, a follow-up to her web series, ‘King Women.’

Brotherhood brings a unique spin to round-table discussions as it features personalities discuss real life stories of their ‘Lagos hustle’. These men share stories of their life struggles on cam making detailed descriptions and references to their success and failures.

The series will feature Presidential aspirant, Fela Durotoye, Lynxx, Jimmy Oduka and Lanre Olusola. Just like King Women, the series aims at encouraging and inspiring men and women on the positives of life via the life stories of these personalities.

Fela Durotoye is the CEO of Venia group, a life coach, motivational speaker and a running 2019 Presidential candidate, Jimmy Odukoya is an actor, Lynxx is a singer cum rapper and Lanre Olusola is a wellness mentor – all with successful careers.

Kemi Adetiba is becoming a force in the entertainment industry with her comment on the controversial Falz Moral Instruction drawing a lot of attention. She aired her opinion on ‘transactional sex’ which Falz talked about. The movie director said while she wouldn’t support anybody into transactional sex, she believes that both the ‘transactor’ and ‘transactee’ are both guilty of the moral crime – contrary to what Falz had said in the song, Talk.

Kemi sophomore movie, King of Boys, released just last year has been pulling weight in the Box office and remains a darling to viewers. The movie is rated one of the best from Nollywood since its release – only rivalled by Genevieve Nnaji’s Lionheart.

King of Boys talks about the story of businesswoman and philanthropist, Alhaja Eniola with a sketchy past but promising political future. She was loved by many. Meanwhile, as her political ambitions began to outgrow all underworld connections that made her wealthy, she’s drawn into a power tussle that may see her lose everything she holds dear.

She would need the ounce of ruthlessness and strategies that got her to the top in the first place but who can she really trust?
