Nigerians want a Government that can address the Insecurity in the country – Bukola Saraki

– He disclosed that Nigerians want a Government that will be brave and determined to address the insecurity in the country

The Peoples Democratic Party PDP in the bid to solve some of the challenges facing the country organized a Security Summit In Kaduna today.

According to the information made available, the Security Summit was organized in other to find solutions to the insecurity in the country and bring in better performance.

The summit was titled “Reworking Nigeria’s Security Architecture.”

Present at the summit was the Senate President and Director General of the Peoples Democratic Party PDP Presidential campaign, Bukola Saraki, the PDP national chairman, Uche Secondus, the PDP Vice Presidential aspirant, Peter Obi among others.

Sen. President, Bukola Saraki in a statement made public via his online media said, “the PDP has pledged to hit the ground running to tackle issues of insecurity around the nation. For this important reason, today we held a Security Summit in Kaduna to explore ways to rework Nigeria’s security architecture for better performance.”

Bukola Saraki went on to say that it is very clear that Nigerians know what they want.
He hinted that the citizens want a government that can address the issues of insecurity in the country at large, which has seen many civilian and servicemen and women lost their lives.
The Senate President said, “As we approach the general elections, one thing is clear: Nigerians know what they want; a government that will be brave and determined enough to address the insecurity across the nation and end the loss of lives of both civilians and servicemen and women.”
