Philanthropist Fola David-Olatunji Narrates Why He Was Denied Entrance To Redemption Camp
A Twitter user identified as Fola Olatunji-David narrated how he had gone to Redemption Camp to drop off medical supplies but was denied entrance because his wife was wearing trousers.
He explained that he drove almost 2 hours from Ikoyi to Redemption Camp to drop off medical supplies only to be denied entrance because his wife who was sitting in the car was in trousers.
The philanthropist wrote;
“2wks ago I drove for 1hr50mins on an errand from Ikoyi to Redemption Camp to drop off medical supplies. We were not allowed to enter because my wife (who was comfortably seated inside our tinted car) was wearing trousers. That’s when I knew I had wasted enough of my money there.“
He added that he explained his purpose of coming but they showed him to the board (pictured above) of the code of conduct of the camp.
“I explained that what I was bringing was for their good and how far I’d driven in traffic. I was shown the wretched board that had the long list of things not allowed.🤦🏾♂️ In that moment I said the most Nigerian thing “its not your fault, its me that associates with you lot 🤣, he wrote.
