#SouthernKaduna: ”I’m Married To A Governor Not A Part Of Government”- Kaduna First Lady, Hadiza El-Rufai Replies Critics

Wife of Kaduna State Governor, Hadiza Isme El-Rufai has replied her critics after she was blasted for celebrating 80k followers on Twitter while people were raising awareness on the massacre happening in Southern Kaduna.

She was criticized for celebrating her new number of followers while she made no comment about the killings, kidnap and lynching of people in southern kaduna.

Replying to the criticism, she argued that her page is for other issues aside governance and politics and because she’s married to a governor doesn’t mean she’s part of the government.

She wrote;

“Did any of you see “First Lady” in my bio? My TL is for language, humour and other light-hearted issues. I don’t tweet about serious matters like governance and politics. Though I’m married to a governor I’m not a part of government. I swore no oath.”

    I bet if your children were involved in the #SouthernKaduna massacre, your page would not be for other issues aside governance and politics. Kaduna leadership has always been highly insensitive to humanity.
