Mourinho Ready For Prefect Run As He Shaves Hair Bald

Tottenham gaffer, Jose Mourinho has put up a surprise appearance after paying a visit to luxury barbers Haks Oscar on King’s Road in Chelsea for his trim. A picture posted on social media app, Instagram revealed the former Madrid manager’s startling new look.

Some six years ago, Mourinho passed a subtle joke at his fiercest rival, Guardiola about his hair loss. He suggested that the Spanish boss was bald because he was not enjoying football.

“When you enjoy what you do, you don’t lose your hair, and Guardiola is bald,” Mourinho quipped, per the Daily Mail. “He doesn’t enjoy football.”

Now, it’s Mourinho who’s going bald. He’s quickly gone from the Special One to the Shaven One.

It is in fact not the first time Mourinho would be going bald and he’s got a good record whenever he does so.

In the 2006/07 campaign, Chelsea came out tops in nine of their eleven league games when Mourinho sported a similar style.

In the 2013/14 campaign, Mourinho shaved his head once again when he made a return to Stamford Bridge. The former Manchester United boss made use of Fernando Torres’ clipper to shave his head and subsequently guided the Blues to winning eight out of ten league games.

The 56-year-old said:

“I did it myself. I asked Fernando [Torres] to give me his machine and I did it myself in front of the mirror.

“It is nice and it is cheap. In a couple of months I will have hair again. Some people can’t do it.”

Could Spurs benefit from this when they take on Aston Villa? Or could it be mere coincidence that he wins games when he’s got his head shaven?

Ten wins, four draws and five losses is how Mourinho has done so far during his time at the North London club. Last time out, he guided the Lilywhites to a 3-2 triumph over Southampton in their FA Cup encounter at the London stadium.
